        <description>Though not completely related to downloading from the web, I had the same problem when I upgraded my sound card drivers. It fixed itself when I rolled back the drivers to the original drivers.&lt;br /&gt;

        <description>Try checking your CPU temps. when your computer is doing such a load, the CPU tend to increase temperature. Blue Screens, lags, and random restarts are some symptoms of an overheating CPU.</description>

        <description>whenever i dl at my max bandwidth, around 160kb or so, and at the same time do alota stuff on the computer, it freezes and then starts going again,. it keeps on doing this till i restart my computer. any suggestions?&lt;br /&gt;

also is there anyway avoiding the blue screen, i get that sometimes. thx.</description>
