        <description>If you want to view Mpeg2/SVCD in Windows Media Player download the Mpeg2 codex from onw of these links:&lt;br /&gt;

Unzip and install the codex and you should be able to view Mpeg2/SVCD files with media player&lt;br /&gt;

read the read me file in download ..i had to install VB6 Runtime  DLL's&lt;br /&gt;
the link to download and install is Located in read_me text&lt;br /&gt;

        <description>are u using the auto update from the microsoft site.  i had the exact same problem so i downloaded the codec package from microsoft and i have no problems at all.         <description>I am getting tired of this thing doing this!&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Almost every other time I try to look at something, I either am missing a codec or it says class not registered.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
The media player will say its connecting to the codec server but nothing will ever play but a black screen.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Does anyone know where I can get all the codecs or a way to fix this?</description>
