I had it turned 180 Degrees around from where it needed to be,,,, and if I was paying attention I would have noticed the ridge on one side of the heatsink that conformed to the top ridge of the CPU!!<br /> <br /> Thanks,<br /> Dan text/html 2003-11-29T08:32:32-05:00 Wildwood http://www.hardwareanalysis.com/content/topic/16471/#78827 Does your Shuttle motherboard manual say anything about the beep codes? Try there or on their website. That siren is telling you what the problem is. The usual problems are; RAM or video card not seated properly. Processor fan not plugged into the motherboard. Or just bad RAM.
