However, the problem with my notebook (a HP Pavillion XH500) isn't speed, RAM, or storage. I have have a 1GHz Processor and 512 Meg of RAM. My problem is that it's only equiped with an 8Meg Video Card. So while it excels at office suite uses and the light programming that I do, it just doesn't cut it when I try to play the Graphics intensive games like Neverwinter Nights and Aliens vs Predator 2. I probably won't be able to play Unreal 2 at all when it comes out.<br /> <br /> I know the card is replaceable, it's not hardwired in, but the only thing I was able to find out from HP is that I could get a replacement for the one I have.<br /> <br /> Is there Hope, or am I doomed?
