I don't have an answer to your specific issue but I would like to mention that your integrated graphics (GMA X3100) may be inadequate to run the game.

If nothing happens when you click on auto run then go to right top corner and close out:
1. Go to your desk top click on My Computer, right click on drive (E), click on explore.
2. Go to Icon DFBHD and left click, go down to the icon Setup 16-bit setup launcher, click on it and now you should be able to install your game, but first follow my instructions noted on this website.

1. Turn off vista windows firewall (turn back on after you install the game.
2. Turn off Norton firewall (turn back on after you install the game.
3. Turn off Norton 360 protection (turn back on after you install the game.
4. Create a Black Hawk Down icon on your desktop, right click the icon,go to properties, click on the compatiility tab, and check (run this program as an administrator).
When you click on the icon you will be asked to cancel or allow, click on allow. Follow these steps and you should be fine (smile).
remember to take out the graphics card and clean it out from dust and all other stuff. heat caused that problem also for me. basically, sysdump is system error. system errors lead to hardware error. hardware error lead to faulty stuff, overheat, lack of power, etc.

i used to have this problem

uninstall game and reinstall and then install latest updates (for the sake of a clean install, can help)

before you play, make sure you have the latest drivers of everything.

make sure the computer is off and open it out.

Clean out the dust and stuff.

That sysdump for me was because the of computer overheating.

I hope this helps.

also in the directory, you'll see the game .exe and it's files and stuff. you'll see 2 folders, delete them. don't know why but that's wat the players told me to do when i asked them for help.
