        <description>Well,you can port most new computers over to a TV now.There is a product made by Grandtec called the PC to TV series.It can convert VGA to PAL or NTSC Format for most TV's.Also,currently I read the S-Video output doesn't work on both NVidia and ATI cards but may work someday,which I really need to try it sometime. FInally, Apex is about to release thier ApeXtreme gaming console which might act as a web TV,if not rumor has it &lt;a target=&quot;_blank&quot; href=&quot;/action/r/http://www.alienware.com/&quot;&gt;Alienware&lt;/a&gt; and ABS are making similiar systems,these may act as web TV.         <description>Internet TV may be the new direction for consumers,&lt;br /&gt;
very few cards devote themselves to running&lt;br /&gt;
Media player or realone. I wish this test had been&lt;br /&gt;
added to the evaluation in this article.&lt;br /&gt;
I did see at ATI something that looked like they&lt;br /&gt;
were trying to address this.</description>
