I've got a SBLive right now, but I have some problems with this..after some time listen music, it starts to only sound an tic tic..I have to reboot to be ok...
It starts since I replace my mobo to an Abit Kr7a-133r...I supposed is 'cause IRQ or PCI problems..the only piece I've got problems is with the sound card...
The Philips works better?

the PC config is:

Windows XP Prof
Abit Kr7a-133r with and Athlon XP 1900+
2 DDR Mushkin High-performace PC2100 (512Mb)
3 HD (20, 30 and 40GB)
1 CDRW
1 DVD
1 LS120
1 Floppy 1.44
1 Pinnacle DC10plus
1 Promise Tech ATA66
1 Motorola Fax modem
1 SB Live
1 AGP MSI G4MX 460VTP
1 PSU 450W
