There have been more cases of impersonation on this website. For the record, we won't allow it. All people impersonating others will have their accounts deleted...end of story. Basically the motto is: "Keep it nice or say goodbye."

I forgot his name.
I feel HWA needs additional moderators as the few we have cannot always be on monitoring things.

You can assign interim moderators who can monitor posts on-line and report any potential problem discussions.

You don't have to give these interim moderators rights to edit, just the authority to send out warning or reminders to potential abusers of the FUP.
Yes that's what this forum is all about. We're here to help each other and offer suggestions (as well as make friends). What sucks is when someone enters the community (like the aforesaid HWA Loser) and starts to wreck it for those that are already here.

This post is a general reminder to everyone, as I mentioned before, and is not directed at any specific member.

I have always kept my post hardware/quesion/opinion related. If someone needs help and I know how to help I will. When I start a thread I dont except to get flamed, I except to get help. Thats what this forums about, right?

Nope Carter you're posts are fine. In fact, your one of the better behaved members of the community. A good portion of the time you're the first to report a possible problem. Keep up the good work.

Fair Use Policy

Lately there have been several questionable posts on the Hardware Analysis forums. Most of these have to do with impersonation, spamming, or vulgar language. I'm not going to signal anyone out here as that's not my job. I'm just sending out a general reminder to everyone to keep it clean and friendly.

For those that want to take another look at the Fair Use Policy here is the URL:

http://hardwareanalysis.com/content/about_us/fair_use_policy/

Keep in mind that when you registered for Hardware Analysis you agreed to be bound by the conditions in this policy. The majority of the users here on Hardware Analysis are great! It's out goal to make sure that it stays this way by keeping those that cause problems in check.

Thank you for taking the time to read this and have a good day.
