With NVIDIA's new SLI technology and ATI's new introduction to the motherboard chipset family. There is so much more choice now, then there ever was, and it gets harder &amp; harder by the day. BOTH companies are #1 in this category. And both should be supported 100%. I'm sure AMD is grateful because of the dedicated support from these two companies. And not to forget Via &amp; SIS chiset's as well, which contribute amazing chipset's as well.
