New DDR causing reboots???

Hello

This is my first post so if I make any mistakes here please bear with me.

Until yesterday my system was running 2) Ultra 512mb PC3200 DDR 400Mhz, currently Tigerdirect.com is running a good rebate offer on this very type of ram so I decided to buy another and fill my third and last socket. Since the new DDR has been added the system has rebooted about 5 times in a 12hr period for the second straight day. Not good.

It is hard for me to figure out if the new Ram is the problem or the CPU temp. Last week prior to the new Ram the system was shutting down and squealing which would lead me to believe that the ABR (Anti Burn Regulator) was being triggered as it was set by default at 85C. After a good cleaning of the fans to remove dust the ABR problem seemed to be solved.

To get to the bottom of the RAM problem a day later I checked the CPU ext, CHA and CPU on the Die temps I entered the BIOS and found the following......CHA Temp - 33C/91F, CPU Temp - External 47C/116F, CPU on die - 64C/ 149F, CPUfan1 4115 RPM, CHA fan12909 RPM, PCI Clock 66:33 and the ABR was defaulted at 85C.

I changed my settings in "My Computer" so I could get the error message when the system shut off and this is what I found...........

"technical information
stop: 0x00000050 (0xE7550030, 0x00000001, 0xF7B8C601, 0x00000001)

NFTS.SYS-ADDRESS F7B8C601 BASE AT F7B52000, DATASTAMP 4117eea"

I tried to Google the error and find the cause but I was unsuccessful. I have ordered new fans just as a precaution and in the meantime I have changed the ABR to a higher setting until the fans arrive. I am thinking of switching the new DDR with an old one and only trying two and seeing if the problems persist.

Is this a heat problem? Is the new DDR bad? or is my system just not clocked to run all three 512 DDR's??

I need your opinions guys - you are all way better than I am. If anyone can find the error or has seen it before it would be a great help. What are your tho'ts on the above??
