K7S5A with NVidia Card Problem

Hello, I'm having some troubles with the AGP Slot of my PC. I can play several games or leave it for hours until it can suddenly reboot or frezze. And this is happening while I'm using recently new games, like Sid Meir's Pirate or KOTOR. Anyways, I already update the BIOS (because i use 2 PC133 of 256 and 128mb) but i didn't solve the problem. here is my PC:

ECS K7S5A MOBO
AMD 1200 Ghz
256 + 128 PC133 RAM
DVD+R/RW
Chaintech NVidia 256mb 5700LE ---> (I used to have a Ati RADEON 9200, but the problem was even worst)
80 GB Hard Disk
