Might be contributing to the problem. You could try downloading the latest firmware if you haven't already. Aside from that it may be overheating so you could make sure to keep it cool if possible. Unplug the router from the AC outlet for a good 30 seconds. Then plug it back in. Hopefully that will reassign the IP's and fix your problem. We should be able to have two computers online as Cox charges a few dollars more to have additional IP addresses for an account. And we are connected the way we should be. But today i had the problem even when i wasn't using eMule. It happened a few times within a span of 5 minutes. Usually when i don't run eMule I don't have a problem. I have my internet connection notification on my task bar, and sometimes it shows me an error saying that the internet is not connected and a few seconds later it shows that the internet is connected. I'm wondering what could be causing this. This becomes very annoying when i run eMule as my connection gets disconnected and enabled every few minutes. But happens sometimes when I don't run eMule. Any ideas??<br /> <br /> I have Windows XP Pro with SP 2 and all the other recent updates. I have Microsoft Antispyware running in the background which automatically scans my computer every night and have Adaware too but i haven't run adaware.
