\\\From my perspective the small investment associated with sending out a few hundred samples to all assorted online and printed press is a far more effective method of getting better exposure.\\\

A law suit is an alternative way to get your company Exposure in the press and trade articles.

In this case it seems to have worked.

A lawsuit amongst two corporations, is a battle between equals. I don't think either side need or are asking for help. I do not concern myself with such issues, because for the most part such issues are pure fabrication and propaganda.

Just assume everything a company spends money on is an "Ad".

And reguardless of the facts, Ads perpetuate lies about 'percieved', not 'actual' value.

Forums such as this should is concerned with explaining what if any actual value is behind the percieved value inherent in ads and ad campaigns.

AMD has no "marbles" to lose. Corporate personhood allows people to relate to Corporations as they would a person. And that is the biggest Ad Campaign of all.
