Because of this I expect to be able to buy a couple of good games that came out in the summer/autumn and be enjoying them over Xmas instead of having a 2GB piecet of hard drive space that is wasted until a 300MB+ patch comes out. While the programmers, designers and publishers of said title have a much much better Xmas than I will have, because of all the money they get paid to get all that money paid to their employer for said rushed title. Despite all the terrabytes of code sitting on 1,000's of PC's over Xmas waiting for said huge bug to be fixed because of that rushed release. PC gaming is the only business where you can get a quick couple million income to pay for a dozen hours of overtime to get the actual product working. Bit like the cost of sending out a fuse in an envelope with a first class stamp to make that £50 ($75) toaster work!
