I'm sure you already know that most mono or subwoffer amps are already class D&lt;br /&gt;
its the 4 channel ones that are still mostly AB. &lt;br /&gt;
building another class D mono amp is nothing...... Couldn't you please show how to do a class D 4 channel amp?&lt;br /&gt;

I have a 320watt (peak) 40 watt/channel RMS 4 channel amp..... I'm told it eats a whole lot more than just 320 watts from my car's electrical system though, because its inefficient class AB as you said.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
well my stupid little 40watt per channel, 4 channel amp killed my alternator (it was only a year old too), I'd love to know how to get the same output to the speakers without the huge draw on the alternator ---- and also it should save fuel too (a huge amount i doubt it but a little maybe)&lt;br /&gt;
