vcore voltage reporting low

I'm running a P4 775 socket cpu (3.0), on a ASUS P5N32-SLI DELUXE mother board, PC 5400 ram, and a Radeon 700 PRO pci express video card, with a Quantum tower. Okay the problem is my vcore voltage is reporting 1.33 volts and I'm getting a warning that, that is too low. I read the article by Dan Mepham on vcore
voltage and overclocking, which did shed some light on what vcore even was, and I want to thank him for making it understandable to a novice. In his article he said a P4 should have a vcore of 1.7, so any light yall
might shed on this would be very nice, as I am wondering what could be happening with my system.

Thanks Dave
