The reason I noticed this in the first place is that I have an entry in my hosts file pointing <a class="ext" target="_blank" href="/action/r/http://dpbolvw.net">dpbolvw.net</a> to 127.0.0.1 - so I can't follow any links that are redirected through that domain.
