        <description>weird.  It may sound obvious but have you tried flicking between the laptops display and an external monitor.  Most laptops have a way of flicking between them.  Its normally by pressing the (fn) key and one of the (f) keys.  This will flick between the laptops display and the external monitor.  May or maynot help.</description>

        <description>Help!&lt;br /&gt;
The laptop display will only appear when an external monitor is attached to the video card. As soon as the external monitor connection is removed the picture goes fuzzy and blurred on the laptop display.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Any suggestions would be useful &lt;br /&gt;
