If that doesn't fix it, try flashing the BIOS to latest version. If that doesn't fix it, try a different power supply. If it still isn't fixed, try unplugging everything that isn't needed to get it to the desktop (especially optical drives). Also when the power supply to the computer is turned off, PSU cable removed, or PSU switched off then the CMOS is cleared.
