I have always found Silverstone and Lian Li to be the most nicely styled cases. But unless the graphics cards ported cooling is really effective for the entire two-card assembly, one thing I'd consider doing first off is add a heat-shield above the graphics cards to further reduce the ambient thermal load on the CPU.
