I have Ubuntu with Mythbuntu. I am having trouble getting the sound to work to play music or watch TV. If i go to System > Sound I choose my soundcard and choose multichannel playback for all. I hit test and I hear the test beep on all of them through my speakers. However, I play music with mplayer it doesnt work, i play it through mythtv it doesnt work, i play live tv no sound. I am stumped, please someone help! TIA!
