        <description>When you install .NET Framework 1.1, that user account is created.  I always delete that account and have never had a problem because of it.  If your computer hosts an &lt;a class=&quot;ext&quot; target=&quot;_blank&quot; href=&quot;/action/r/http://ASP.NET&quot;&gt;ASP.NET&lt;/a&gt; 1.1 site, you should probably leave it.</description>

        <description>I just want to know why this account makes itself and what would happen if I get rid of it. It doesn't appear when turning on normally and I cannot be bothered to check in safe mode. Can someone tell me what it is and what causes it.</description>
