I moved it over to a newer computer now it wont open and it wont read anything. I am running windows xp pro sp2 and it will show up in my computer and tells me there are no problems with the device. <br /> <br /> When I turn my computer on the led light will blink 15 times and it will boot normally but it doesn't work. I've tried opening it with a paperclip through the pinhole and loading a cd but it will not initiate the reading process. When I go to eject from &quot;my computer&quot; my computer will start working slower then after a while goes back to normal but it wont eject.<br /> <br /> At first when it would boot it would take about 2 minutes for my computer to start windows. So I tried updating the firmware from the plextor website and now it boots faster but i still have the same problem.<br /> <br /> Any Suggestions?
