hi guys, ive just built a new pc. all parts are brand new. the system boots up but my screen wont boot. i know it works because i have tested it.

is there a jumper/setting i should have for the screen to boot. or is it just a faulty part. the weird thing is ive fitted a graphics card too and it wont run on that either. so ive tried it with and without the graphics card (as it has on board graphics) and neither boots the screen up.

ive also tested the other components i.e hard drive, optical drive and they work fine on my other computer.

ive never used msi before as ive always used gigabyte boards. ive checked all the setting according to the manufacterers book/website and everything is in order. does anyone think i should be getting onto the supplier to replace the board?
thanks
