Ok, so you can access the iTunes account from the XP system and see and play everything you've payed for, right?<br /> If so, then it is the iPod Syncronization SW and accounts that need to be looked at.<br /> Does the PC see the iPod when you connect?<br /> If it does, can you start a sync operation?<br /> If you can, does it give you a syncronization error?<br /> These are the issues that I was refering to in my original post.<br /> I know you're frustrated, and your friend even moreso, but until I can see more detailed information other than &quot;genuine and up to date&quot; it's difficult if not impossible for me to help you.<br /> Please be as specific as possible.<br /> <br /> Insofar as your return post, you may be too used to the Apple way of doing things, that is, if it works, it works. Like how and why?<br /> We'd need more info to help as the two were made to work together, to the exclusion of just about anything else.
