Eden
List your computer specs in order to get more help, but this is what I came up with so far. Also, have you been deleting any files?
Have you a Windows CD to re-install OS?

#1 Not a clue yet
#2 Creative Technology (sound card) re-install drivers
#3 Logitech (mouse, keyboard or both) re-install drivers
#4 The gdi32.dll file is a valid dynamic link library file registered to Microsoft. The file gdi32.dll or Windows GDI Client DLL contains functions for the Windows GDI (Graphics Device Interface). This module of the Windows GDI assists windows in creating simple 2–dimensional objects. The gdi32.dll file is associated with drawing applications and font management
Download and install this http://www.driverskit.com/dll/gdi32.dll/900.html
#5 Internet Explorer- Download and install IE7
#6 .NET error- Windows Update

Hope this helps some
