I kind of regret writing it like that....what I meant was how you can not just run into them in every single scenario, guns blazing. You do have the opportunity to attack first, or at least plan it somewhat. However, what I was relating to was that you can do "sidequests" outside of the main story, such as getting better guns, burning s**t, etc..

I would have prefered there being more fire fights with the enemies not spawning until after you die or complete the current mission. It would have been nice if the fire had actually consumed the things it was burning instead of just changing the texture color (grass is still there after its been burnt) and more realistic water... oh yeah and more destructable objects.

Most of the complaints on graphics are for sub-par stuff. Like the water aka shiny earth-that-you-can-burrow-in thing.

As long as it has regular graphics, like the rest of the games vying for attention, users are happy.

But I can't really say. I play this on mostly low settings.

'FC2 takes a more "realistic" approach on how you kill enemies, rather than run and gunning'

Haha! Hahahahhaha! Sorry but i had to laugh at that comment. FarCry 2 I actually like
more and more. It's growing on me. But the realistic "approach" and the "cough" AI
is really bad!! There's a lot of things Ubisoft has either rushed or messed up on, and AI
is defo one of them. I'm now also starting to realise it is a bit repetative like many folks
have raised here on this thread. But nonetheless I'm enjoying it!

ALSO... I have noticed in the past... that folks prefer gameplay over graphics...
but for this game - ppl are complaining more over the graphical content
of this game rather than the game play???? So what is it to be? Gameplay
or graphics??

- The problem is, they don't die realistically.

I've played a bit more of the game, it's getting better I'll admit. Sometimes the graphics look okay, but the physics really get me. I am very sick of running around trying to earn new guns, waiting for those idiots to run after me with their jeep and mounted machine gun, and why hell is the voice acting so bad? I think I hate Africa.
